Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products in accordance with our exact and accurate specifications. Prior to shipping your items will be thoroughly inspected and secured. Everyday, we send to thousands of customers in multiple countries. This demonstrates our dedication to become the biggest online retailer on the planet. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.
Before shipping, we will check the item thoroughly. Today, the majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us since we have multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock when the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you've made your purchase We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete exchange or refund.
You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and still in the same state as when you first received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
